Toning tables allow clients to exercise muscles in a semi-passive state called continuous passive motion (CPM).
- A one off visit is 25,000 (One toning session is one hour)
- 1 month membership is 260,000 i.e. coming in every day.
- 220,000 is for 15 sessions i.e. coming in 3 times a week. This arrangement will give you 5 weeks.

Tones and tightens muscles in buttocks and hips as well as strengthening the abdominal muscles by isometric tension.
This smooth, circular exercise movement effectively tones and trims the entire leg area, including medial, lateral and anterior thigh muscles, plus calves. The height of the foot stirrups can be adjusted to the clients leg length and can be used straight or turned out to concentrate the workload on the inner or outer thighs.
The entire midriff region is toned and tightened- putting elasticity back into the abdominal muscles, and getting rid of unsightly “tummy bulge”
Gently stretches and relaxes muscles, which firms tightens and reduce the waist, abdomen, hips and buttocks- also help strengthen the lower back.
Strengthens and tightens abdominal muscles and lower back. It improves muscle tone all over the body and helps to trim the waistline.
The Circulator-Rower eases tension and stress, improves blood and lymphatic circulation and promotes a feeling of well-being. The rowing action tones the chest/bust, back, upper arms and shoulder area.
